PRIVACY POLICY
Blingrims conducts business in such a way as to utilise as few of your personal details as possible. We do this through use of cheques, cash, and BAX transfers whereever possible. When online buying is selected, your details will be processed by the secure, and trusted payment processing system provided by PAYPAL.
Any information given relating to your bank details will not be kept on file, and will not be used for any purpose other than that explicitly requested by you the customer.
DELIVERY POLICY
Due to the unique products offered by Blingrims, it is not possible to apply a blanket policy. At time of order placement an estimated delivery date will always be stated. If the product is in stock, this will be within 2 business days. Many products are sourced from outside the UK, and it is always possible that customs delays will be encountered. Where the actual delivery date may exceed the expected by more than 24 hours the customer will be notified of the delay by phone or email.
RETURNS POLICY
As a responsible retailer we offer a returns policy subject to the following conditions:
a) Returns will only be accepted when the product is in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
b) We can only provide products to you based on the information that you supply. For this reason, if a product is correct to your specification but is not correct to your vehicle, no return will be offered
c) Wheels must always be checked for fitment before tyres are mounted. Any wheels returned that have had tyres fitted will be rejected. At the companies discretion they may be "bought back" at a reduced rate.
d) Any returns must be previously agreed with the company. Any parts sent with no notifcation will not be received.
e) Warranty returns must be backed up by photographic evidence, and a sample of any cleaning products that have been used. |
